Vivienne is Chief Psychologist at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Director of the Office of the Chief Psychologist (OCP). Yeo Wan Ling

Ms Yeo Wan Ling joined the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in August 2020. She holds the position of Assistant Secretary-General and is concurrently the Director of the U SME and U Women & Family Units, as well as the Executive Secretary of the National Transport Workers’ Union. She is also Advisor to the National Taxi Association, National Private Hire Vehicles Association and National Delivery Champions Association.

Representing workers and the Labour Movement, Ms Yeo is the Co-Chairperson of the Tripartite Workgroup on Flexible Work Arrangements (TWG-FWA), formed to develop the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR). She is also an appointed union representative in the Tripartite Workgroup on Lower-Wage Workers in 2020 and serves as Chairman of both the Tripartite Cluster on the Retail Industry and Tripartite Cluster on the Food Services Industry. Ms Yeo was a member of the Future Economy Council Advanced Manufacturing and Trade Sub-Committee, the Advisory Committee on Platform Workers and an alternate member of National Wages Council representing NTUC.

Ms Yeo is also a Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol Group Representation Constituency and Vice-Chairman of the North East Community Development Council.

Carol Loi is a certified digital wellness educator and a Fellow of the Center for Media Literacy. She is also a certified mental wellness coach, a Maxwell Leadership certified youth and family coach, and a behavioural analysis consultant. She is a social entrepreneur, concurrently running a ground-up movement for parents by parents called SGFamilies.

Datuk Seri Professor Sean P Rozario, a distinguished Knight of Justice, is the Director of Governance & HR at the Singapore Retailer Association. He is also the Chairman of the National St John’s Council of Singapore and Prior of the Priory of Singapore.

Gan Siow Huang

Since being elected to represent Marymount SMC in 2020, building a caring and sustainable community has been Siow Huang’s key focus. She seeded the Marymount Care and Green Plans under which various ground-up projects have sprouted, such as food rescue, support for caregivers, free TCM massage therapy for seniors, and tree planting to celebrate new births.

Siow Huang believes that good policies require communication, teamwork and collaboration to create positive impact on the ground. Her work in the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Manpower has been hectic but rewarding as she listens and exchanges views with many to improve jobs and employability of Singaporeans. Through the SkillsFuture movement, skills upgrading and lifelong learning programmes have been enhanced to benefit more mid-career Singaporeans. On the manpower side, companies are encouraged to do more to adopt progressive workplace practices – fostering greater diversity, flexible work arrangements, work life harmony and mental wellbeing support for workers.

Siow Huang continues to advocate for the empowerment of women. She supports back-to-work women as she feels that women can contribute much more with sufficient support at home and at work. Siow Huang is constantly powered by her passion for her family and work and hopes to see more women stepping forward to take on leadership roles. Besides being a proud member of Girl Guides Singapore and Young Women’s Leadership Connection, she mentors young women who are starting on their first careers.
